Synopsis of The Alamo
The story takes place in 1836. The Alamo, a Texas military fortress, was attacked by elite troops led by the dictator Antonio (Emilio Echevarría). Two hundred civilians must face thousands of well-equipped professional soldiers. This is a war that is simply impossible to win. At this critical juncture, Lieutenant William (Patrick Wilson), James (Jason Patric) and western cowboy David (Billy Bob Thornton) stood bravely. He came out and led other warriors from all walks of life to fight the enemy to the death. Thirteen days later, the Alamo was littered with corpses. However, the time the warriors bought allowed General Sam (Dennis Quaid) to lead his troops there and finally defeated the Mexican army.
