Synopsis of Chaos

Conors (Jason Statham), a respected New York police detective, was suspended after accidentally shooting a hostage during a mission. Shortly after he was reinstated, a difficult hijacking incident occurred again. Five well-trained gangsters took control of a bank. The gang leader spoke to Connors and tortured the hostages to stimulate him.
