Synopsis of The Negotiator

Danny (Samuel L. Jackson) is an excellent negotiator with repeated military exploits. When his life was going smoothly, a sudden turn caught him off guard. His partner discovered that someone in the police station had embezzled public funds, but was brutally killed when he was about to tell Danny the truth. Danny, who rushed to the scene immediately, was naturally the biggest suspect. When he was convinced that someone in the police station was looking for him to be a scapegoat and couldn't explain anything, he took the risk and kidnapped the prosecutor of the Internal Affairs Supervision Department and his assistant, hoping to clear his name through dialogue with the police. Danny asked another bureau to send negotiators to talk to him, because he knew that the person who wanted to murder him was in his bureau. So Spinn (Kevin Spacey), a negotiator from the neighboring bureau, was ordered to come to negotiate with Danny. Spinn believed Danny and began to collect evidence for him.
