Synopsis of Law Abiding Citizen

Clyde Sheldon (Gerard Butler) is a R&D researcher living in a small town in Philadelphia. He has a beautiful wife and lovely daughter, and lives a happy life. But all this was destroyed by a sudden disaster. One night, two thugs broke into his home and murdered his wife and daughter. However, although the evidence was conclusive, due to the pedantic judicial process and the corruption of assistant executive Nick Reese (Jamie Foxx), the chief culprit Clarence Dobby (Christian Stolte) was eventually found guilty. There was insufficient evidence and he only got 10 years in prison. I thought everything would be quiet, but 10 years later the unfinished storm resurfaced. With great hatred, Clyde began to plan for revenge. First, he killed his accomplice Ami, and then he quickly found the evil and shameless Dobby, and brutally tortured and killed him. Clyde's hatred was greatly vented, but his revenge did not stop there. He was not just targeting the two thugs, but the entire corrupt and depraved judicial system...
