Synopsis of Boyhood

This film tells the story of a boy's growth from 6 to 18 years old. Director Richard Linklater spent 12 years to complete this work. It carefully depicts the growth process of children and the changes in various aspects of their parents, allowing the audience to experience the passage of time in detail. In order not to disturb the normal life of star Ella Salmon, filming was completed during a brief period of time during his summer vacation.
