Synopsis of I am a girl and a boy

Alex (Inés Efron) was born a hermaphrodite. He has both male and female sexual characteristics, but he has been raised as a girl by his parents. He lives with his parents in a seaside town far away from the city. As Alex grew up, his mother wanted him to have his penis removed and become a complete girl.
