Synopsis of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory
Famous confectioner Willy Wonder (Gene Wilder) announces good news that shocks the world. He will select five lucky people to visit his candy factory, one of whom will become the "Wonker's Chocolate" for life. "Privileged people. Charlie Beech (Peter Ostrum), a little boy from a poor background, was lucky enough to become the fifth candidate. Charlie, who had never had candy since he was a child, was ecstatic. Full of expectations, he took his grandfather Joe (Jack Albertson) to start this sweet magical journey. And an evil stranger is bewitching the children. Whoever steals candy for him will become rich. Wonker led the children to visit the magical candy factory. However, faced with the temptation of candy, the other four children disappeared one after another, and finally only Charlie and his grandfather Joe were left. The film is adapted from Roald Dahl's novel of the same name and won the eighth place among the "Best Family Movies" selected by British Channel 4.
