Synopsis of About Her Brother
In a corner of Tokyo, the gentle and kind-hearted Ginko Takano (played by Sayuri Yoshinaga) manages the pharmacy left by her deceased husband alone. In the past 20 years, she has lived with her mother-in-law and daughter Koharu (played by Yu Aoi). Although there have been many hardships, her life has been ordinary and happy. Now that her daughter is about to get married, Yinzi is happy but still worried. It turns out that on the 13th anniversary of her husband's death, her younger brother Tetsuro (played by Shoofutei Tsurube) got drunk and acted mischievously, which made her relatives and friends unhappy. Ginko and her brother Zhuangping (played by Kobayashi Minoru) deliberately kept it from their younger brother, but after receiving the news, Tetsuro still came happily and made trouble drunk as usual. Tie Lang's actions not only made his family lose face, but also affected Xiaochun's marriage.
