Synopsis of The Illustrated Man

The classic cult masterpiece of Jack Smart ("The Battle of Midway" and "Hell's Pioneer") in the United States in 1969, Adapted from Ray Bradbury’s novel of the same name, is a three-part film that was nominated for the French Hugo Award. Introduction: The protagonist of the story, Rod Steiger, is a mysterious man covered in tattoo-like totems. Every pattern on his body represents a magical story he has experienced. When the hero met a stranger in a bar, he began to narrate past events full of science fiction adventures. When the story was told to the end, the stranger suddenly discovered that he had become a totem on the hero's body. This is a supernatural film with an absurd and bizarre plot that is almost magical. "God" is the theme of this film. The director uses photography and editing techniques to describe the protagonist's experience and mental pain appropriately through the dreams, narration and flashbacks of the characters in the drama. The story is even more mysterious.
