Synopsis of On The Edge

Haisheng (Nick Cheung), who has been an undercover agent for eight years, successfully arrested the criminal Brother Dark (Francis Ng). Thinking that he could finally get rid of his undercover life, Haisheng felt that his life was bright again. However, things were not as beautiful as Haisheng thought. The award ceremony for his reinstatement was sloppy, and his colleagues looked at him not with concern and appreciation, but with distrust. Police officer Aaron (played by Anthony Wong) just comforted him silently. His girlfriend during his undercover period broke up with him, and strangers began to follow him. Haisheng felt that his life as a police officer was far more painful than that of an undercover agent. He couldn't help but be moved when he recalled the past events between Brother Dark and him when he was undercover. At this time, Haisheng's friends from when he was undercover found Haisheng, and it turned out that escaping from the undercover career was far from simple.
