Synopsis of Brighton Rock
In Brighton, a famous seaside tourist resort in the UK, two gangs had a conflict. Seventeen-year-old Pinky took over after the leader was killed and killed a whistleblower reporter to establish his prestige. Unexpectedly, the reporter's former lover began to track down the murderer. Coupled with the increasingly fierce fighting within the gang, Pinky gradually became unable to cope with the tremendous pressure. The film is adapted from Graham Greene's crime novel and is a masterpiece of British gangster films in the 1940s.
