The beautiful land has been over-exploited and turned into a barren and foreign land; only the tusks of the majestic elephants are left to pile up as cruel evidence of poachers. Humans regard themselves as the masters of the earth, which has an irreversible impact on the climate environment and ecosystems. After ten years of research, scientific authorities have declared that the "Anthropocene" has replaced the "Holocene" geological era in the twentieth century. From Russia to Kenya, the film team spent four years exploring this major change, using aerial photography to look down at the scars on the earth, and deep-focus lenses to gaze at the devastated creatures. Narrated by Oscar-winning Best Supporting Actress Alicia Fairkind, the stunning images reveal the madness of humanity that is driving the planet to its demise.
