Synopsis of Champions

Marco (Javier Gutiérrez) is the second coach in the Spanish Professional Basketball League. He has always been arrogant and rude because of a fierce quarrel with the team's first coach. He was fired by the team. Later, Marco, who relied on drinking to express his depressed mood, drove down a police car and finally succeeded in getting himself into the police station. The judge gave Marco two options, either two years in prison or community service for one and a half months. Marco chose the latter without hesitation. In this way, Marco became the coach of a team called "Los Amigos". All the players on this team are mentally disabled, and the person who helped Marco train was a man named Julio (Julio). The old man played by Juan Margallo. While resolving his career troubles, Marco also needs to repair his relationship with his wife.
