Synopsis of Breakaway

The film tells the story of an Indian-American young man living in a suburb of Toronto who wants to become an ice hockey player against his family's wishes. Rajveer Singh, a Sikh, is a Canadian. He wanted to give up going to college because his father, Darwish Singh, wanted him to take over the family business and insisted that he go to school. Although he is a Sikh, due to an accident when he was a child, Rajveer cut his hair short and did not wear a turban. There is a deep grudge between father and son, and conflicts continue. Rajveer still hangs out with many Sikh friends and plays hockey with them. During one practice, their opponents insulted their Singh surname, which inspired their desire to prove their ability and formed a hockey team. www.tctv.cc hopes to participate in the competition. But Darvish disapproved and banned him from playing hockey. But his friends tried their best to convince him and formed a "Speed Singh Team". How will this team develop?
