Synopsis of Easter Parade

The story takes place on Easter Eve in 1911. Don (Fred Astaire) and Nadine (Ann Miller) are not only emotional partners, but also stage partners. The dance performed by the co-stars has conquered batches of audiences. However, feelings can change, and when Nadine no longer had feelings for Don, she also refused to continue cooperating with Don in business. Therefore, don found the young, simple and naive Hannah (Judy Garland) as his successor, and vowed to make her famous to prove Nadine's unimportance. Sure enough, under Don's vigorous praise, Hannah became an instant hit, and her popularity attracted the attention of a colleague named Florence (Jules Munshin).
