Synopsis of The Asterisk War S2

An unprecedented disaster, a meteor shower, struck the earth in the twentieth century. Under this catastrophe, most cities in the world were destroyed. However, the unknown element discovered in the meteorite - Omniscient, accelerated the development of human science and technology, and finally gave birth to a new human being with special powers called the "Star Pulse Generation". The stage for the world's largest comprehensive battle entertainment event, the "Star Warrior Festival", is the floating academy city "Rikka" surrounded by six academies and commonly known as the Hexagram. Ayato Amagiri, a scholarship student who transferred to Seidoukan Academy's upper division, vowed to fight in this city in order to realize his wish.
