Synopsis of The Best is Yet to Come

In China in 2003, social changes were raging and people were ambitious. At that time, the Internet had not yet taken over everything, and print media was king. Han Dong (played by Bai Ke), a "three-no young man" with no money, no education, and no background, started his career as a drifter in Beijing with his girlfriend Xiaozhu (played by Miao Miao) with a journalistic ideal.
