Synopsis of His Girl Friday

Hildy Johnson (Rosalind Russell), the ace female reporter who has disappeared for several months, came to the office desk of her boss Walter Burns (Cary Grant) and planned to resign and get married. Of course Walter doesn't want this to happen, and more importantly, the two used to be a couple living together. In Walter's eyes, Hildy is the most effective reporter partner, but Hildy is looking forward to a peaceful married life. Although the two were divorced, Walter still loved Hildy deeply. A death row prisoner escape incident that caused a sensation in New York City brought the two people into close contact again. Hildy, who was the first to grab the headlines, decided to work with him on the final report after Walter's persuasion. What she never expected was that after various unexpected situations occurred, Hildy gradually found that she could no longer leave Walter.
