Synopsis of Life Matters
The film crew of the anti-epidemic special program "This World" went deep into the red zone to capture the vivid stories of medical staff and patients in Wuhan and Shanghai wards and the brilliance of humanity inspired by the crisis, striving to present the touching stories of the epidemic in a detailed way. On March 31, the film crew returned to Shanghai with the Shanghai Medical Aid Team to Hubei and immediately began post-production. It took more than two months to shoot more than 30,000 minutes of material, which was finally edited into six episodes with a total of 240 minutes of documentary "The World in the World: Special Program to Fight the Epidemic." The documentary adheres to immersive recording, with big themes and small cuts. It is divided into six themes: "Red Zone", "Meeting", "Face", "Thunder God Mountain Past", "I Want to Find You" and "I Will Accompany You". The narrative language and images show the courage and strength shown by human beings in the face of major public health emergencies. The first four episodes are scheduled to be broadcast on Dragon TV at 22:00 on May 21, 22, 27, and 28 respectively.
