Synopsis of The Leopard
The film is set in Sicily, Italy in 1860. Through the mental journey of the central character, Prince Salina, the film reflects the arrival of a turbulent new era and the mighty trend of earth-shaking social changes. And decline is a helpless and inevitable fate. The family of Prince Salina originally lived a peaceful life.
