Synopsis of The Blacklist Season 1

Raymond (played by James Spader), known as the "Red Devil", has always been a "resident" on the FBI's wanted list. One day, this man controlled most of the information and resources in the criminal market. The legendary figure suddenly appeared and surrendered, and claimed to be able to provide the latest clues about the terrorist Ranko (Jamie Jackson). There is only one condition, and that is to let the fledgling rookie agent Liz (Megan Boone) be his partner and liaison. Raymond's various actions left federal agents at a loss. They urgently needed the clues Raymond had, but they couldn't believe this man with a dark history. What is Raymond's true intention? Why did he choose the seemingly innocent Liz as his partner? What does this experience of working with a legend mean to young Liz?
