Synopsis of I Love You, I Love You Not
Daisy (Claire Danes) is one of the top students in the school. However, she is not popular with her classmates because she is smart and studious. Her shy and sensitive personality makes her a nerdy weirdo in the eyes of everyone. In Daisy's heart, a secret troubles her. Daisy's grandmother is a Jew, and she herself has Jewish ancestry. At night, Daisy often dreams that her Jewish ancestry is spurned and ostracized by others. This special experience created a very close relationship between her and her grandmother. Handsome Ethan (Jude Law) is the campus idol and Daisy's dream lover. Ethan is full of curiosity about the taciturn Daisy.
