Synopsis of Alice in Borderland

Ryohei Arisu is a listless young homeless man addicted to video games. He suddenly finds himself in a strange and desolate Tokyo, where he and his friends must compete for survival in a dangerous game. In this strange world, Arisu Ryohei meets Usagi Yuzuha, a young woman who faces the game alone. Risking their lives, they work together to uncover secrets one after another and find the meaning of survival. "The Breaker of Konkoku no Kuni" is adapted from Aso Haro's survival thriller manga (originally published in "Weekly Shōnen SundayS"/"Weekly Shōnen Sunday"), directed by Shinsuke Sato, and written by Kento Yamazaki ("The World of Kings" and "Qi"). "Kusuo's Disaster") and Tao Tsuchiya ("Library Wars: Book of Memories", "Xiaoxi") co-starred.
