Synopsis of Thelma & Louise

The film is considered a masterpiece of feminist film that challenges the patriarchal society. Thelma (Geena Davis), a housewife who lives a boring and trivial housework, and her best friend Louise (Susan Sarandon), who works as a waitress in a coffee shop, get tired of the ordinary life and work, and go on a trip together. Relax. On the way, in a parking lot outside a bar, Thelma was nearly raped by an unknown man. Fortunately, Louise arrived in time, drew her gun and shot the man dead. The panicked two people turned around and fled, embarking on a road of no return. In the process, their personalities changed significantly.
