Synopsis of San
In 1941, almost all parts of Europe were occupied by Germany. At a time when the people of Europe were dreaming of freedom, the cities of Çacak and Užice in western Serbia were like isolated islands of freedom. In these free cities, a girl and a boy dream of a better, brighter future, of what will happen in ten or twenty years. However, the war still came and interrupted their dreams. The Germans attacked again and the guerrillas retreated. The deceased is still standing guard. But dreams cannot be killed. Shortlisted for the 17th Berlin International Film Festival.
