Synopsis of The Lady Vanishes

Kelly (Margaret Lockwood), who was about to rush to London to get married, was trapped in a small hotel at the foot of the mountain due to an avalanche. She met photojournalist Conde (Michael Redgrave). The two had a dispute over a trivial matter. The next day, everyone went their separate ways, but boarded the same train. In the car, Kelly and an old woman, Floyd (Dame May Whitty), accompanied each other and took care of each other. However, Kelly fell asleep due to being hit on the head. When she woke up, the old woman was gone. Looking for Floyd everywhere, but with no sign of her, Kelly had to call the police. Unexpectedly, everyone in the same carriage said they had never seen any old woman. Kelly, who was confused, met Kant again. Kant believed in Kelly and felt that something was fishy. The two gradually reconciled and launched an investigation together.
