Synopsis of Akira

In July 1988, a new type of bomb was used for blasting in the Kanto region, and World War III broke out immediately. 31 years later, mankind rebuilt the city from the ruins, and a huge city-New Tokyo was built on Tokyo Bay. The world seems to be returning to its former prosperity. One night in 2019, on a closed highway outside New Tokyo, a Bosozoku group was racing on the road. The boy who took the lead was a vocational high school student named Kaneda. Suddenly, a strange short man appeared on the street, and Tetsuo, a boy from the Bosozoku gang, flew off the road with him and his car to avoid a car accident. Just when Jintian was about to question the man, the army flew a helicopter to find him. Take the short man into custody together with Tetsuo. Tiexiong entered a strange place, where research on superpowers seemed to be ongoing. Kaneda is planning how to rescue Tetsuo. Neither of them knew that their futures had begun to change dramatically because of the mysterious power Akira.
