Synopsis of S Storm

Based on the investigation, the Independent Commission Against Corruption discovered that the Jockey Club's sports betting operator (played by Yin Ziwei) was suspected of illegal activities. While trying to investigate this person, he was killed by a killer (played by Zhou Yimin).
