Synopsis of In Our Time

The film is hailed as the pioneer of Taiwan's "new cinema". Four stories shot by four directors ("Little Dragon Head", "Counting", "Leap Frog", "Sign Up") constitute childhood (primary school), youth (middle school), youth (college), adulthood (society) ) four life periods (stages). Each stage has corresponding happiness in the dream world and troubles in the real world. However, as the age increases, the proportion of the two will change. Children who are sad because of the departure of a good friend in their childhood ("Little Dragon Man") may worry about adults after getting married because they left the key in the room and can only wear shorts to hang out outside ("Sign Up") . And the girl who was attracted by the handsome and strong college tenant in adolescence ("Counting on") may become a different person when she enters college ("Leapfrog"). ——Life is full of many possibilities, and there are no good or bad stages in life, just live it.
