Synopsis of Walk the Line

John Cash (Joaquin Phoenix) was originally a boy from rural Arkansas. His brother died in an accident when he was a child. Since then, he has been living with the condemnation and ridicule of his father (Robert Patrick), unable to turn around. . He loves music and gradually becomes famous as a country singer and has his own family. However, he accidentally comes into contact with drugs while on tour, which gradually makes him unable to extricate himself and leads him into the abyss. Drug abuse caused his wife Vivian (played by Ginnifer Goodwin) to leave him with their children. He had to find Joan Carter (Lise Wither), a female singer who had been in love with him for a long time but could not be together due to marriage.
