Synopsis of Big Match

CHOIIk-ho (played by Lee Jung-jae) is a novice in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. One day his brother suddenly disappeared and he was targeted by the police on suspicion of an unjust, false and wrong case. The police also arrested Ik-ho on suspicion of murder. Ik-ho received a strange phone call. The caller, Ace (Shin Ha-kyun), is the manager of an illegal gambling casino. He used high technology and closed-circuit television to build his "GAME" to capture any small movements of his chess pieces. The special thing about GAME is that the chess pieces he uses are all real people. It was Ik-ho who kidnapped Ik-ho's brother to force Ik-ho to become their new pawn. Ik-ho was asked to contact Su-kyung (played by BoA) and obey her command in order to save his brother. He needs to find his brother's position in the huge football field, and the set bomb tied to his ankle is always counting down. Ik-ho's breakthrough and approach make Ace have no choice but to make a desperate move. Between two desperate men, a top-level contest is about to begin. (Some spoilers hidden)
