Synopsis of New Police Story

Chen Guorong (Jackie Chan)'s group of policemen is an elite member of the police force and has solved countless cases. Azu (played by Daniel Wu) is the son of the chief police officer, but he colludes with several high-ranking officials (Jiang Yi, Yin Ziwei, On Zhijie, Ye Shanhao) to challenge the police. They went to the bank to rob. When the alarm bell rang and the police arrived, they took Arong and the team members into an empty warehouse that had been designed for them. The police officers were all trapped in the game program that had been designed by the gangsters, and were brutally killed. Even the brother of Arong's girlfriend Keyi (played by Yang Caini) was not spared. Ah Rong was suspended from his job and broke up with Keyi out of guilt. Ah Rong, who was drunk all day long, met Ah Feng (Nicholas Tse) in a bar. In order to cheer up Arong, Ah Feng decided to pretend to be a policeman and tell Arong that he was a new police officer sent by his boss to ask Arong to help solve the case. Ah Wing met the group of criminals who severely attacked him again, and fought with them. With the help of policewoman Shasha (Charlene Choi), he learned that the gangsters' events back then were compiled into a game.
