Synopsis of Dead or Alive 2: Birds

Mizuki (played by Sho Aikawa) grew up in an orphanage on Chiburi Island in the Oki Islands. As a teenager, he made a group of good friends there. As an adult, Mizuki became a bounty killer in the underworld. One day, he was hired by the Sumida Group to assassinate the leader of the Arakawa Group. But during the action, the target died under the gun of another killer. Mizuki discovered that the killer was very similar to his childhood friend Gong Zhou (played by Takeuchi Riki). After some investigation, Mizuki followed Gong Zhou back to Chiburi Island and met his childhood friends. The few friends spent a happy time. At the same time, Tokyo is being shrouded in successive wars between various gangs. Mizuki and Miyashu decided to return to Tokyo and use the money earned from the assassination to support poor children in developing countries. They continue to work hard for this goal, and they gradually become the targets of hatred and assassination by gangs... This film is the second part of the "DOA (Death and Death) Trilogy".
