Synopsis of Traffic

In a modern society that advocates pleasure, drugs have become a serious headache for the U.S. government. In response to the increasingly serious drug crime and trade, the President of the United States launched an anti-drug war plan. The upright Ohio Supreme Court Justice Robert Lewis (played by Mike Douglas) was transferred to become an official of the National Drug Policy Administration.
