Synopsis of The Game

Billionaire Mr. Van (Michael Douglas) receives a gift from his brother (Sean Penn) on his forty-eighth birthday, a game card for the CRS Club. The content of the game is tailor-made for Michael, pointing directly to his childhood shadow and marital trauma deep in his heart. Out of curiosity, Michael gradually became involved in the game, and thus met the waitress Christine (Deborah Kara Unger). But after all kinds of pranks, Michael discovered that this series of bizarre events was not a simple game, and his life was being dragged into the abyss. When his life was constantly threatened, Michael told himself again and again that this was just a game. But where is the game's planner leading him? The scene of his father committing suicide by falling from a building on his 48th birthday kept flashing in his mind...
