Synopsis of Home of the Brave

Four U.S. soldiers stationed in Iraq received orders to return home. However, a terrorist bomb attack changed their fate. Military truck driver Vanessa (Jessica Biel) was seriously injured in the bombing. Military doctor Will (Samuel L. Jackson) was responsible for the treatment, but unfortunately his leg was amputated. Jamal (played by 50 Cent) mistakenly killed an Iraqi woman and has been haunted by it ever since. Tommy (Brian Presley) witnessed the death of his comrades in battle and was heartbroken. After the four of them returned to China, Vanessa worked as a physical education teacher on campus, but the prosthetic limbs she wore made her feel sad. Will's wife found that her husband was always out of control emotionally, and his rebellious son often contradicted his father; Jamal and Tommy attended a psychological treatment group at the same time, but they had a dispute and parted ways.
