Synopsis of Mutiny on the Bounty

The story mainly revolves around a ship named Bounty. Bounty left the port of Portmouth in 1789 and headed for South America. This time his mission was to go to an island in Tahiti, obtain a bread-like fruit variety from there, and transport it back to England. The protagonist of the story, Fletcher Christian, is the first mate on the ship. He has a strong personality and is very dissatisfied with the style of Captain William Bryce. The captain is an extremely headstrong person. He not only listens to the suggestions and opinions of his subordinates, but also tortures them in every possible way. Even drinking water is regarded as a punishment: if you don't obey him, you won't be given water. At the beginning, everyone always tolerated it silently and dared not speak out when they were angry.
