Synopsis of 49 Days
Produced by South Korea's SBS TV station, the drama tells the story of a woman whose soul was thrown out of her shell after a car accident. She must find three tears that she shed sincerely for herself within 49 days in order to be resurrected. The protagonist of the story, Shin Ji-hyun (played by Nam Gyu-ri), is an optimistic and simple rich girl who is inexperienced in the world. Immersed in happiness, she was busy preparing for her wedding, but she encountered a sudden car accident. When she woke up, she found that her soul had left her body, and the dispatcher of death (Ding Il-woo) told her that for recovery, she must find three 100% "sincere" tears within 49 days, but she must not let others know her true identity. During the 49 days, she could move around with the help of Song Yijing (played by Li Yaoyuan) during the day, and began to work part-time with the help of friends.
