Synopsis of Queen of the Damned

The vampire Lestat (played by Stuart Townsend) wakes up from his long sleep. He is unwilling to go into darkness, so he is exposed to the public and becomes a rock singer. In an accident, Lestat saves the librarian. Agent Jesse Reeves (Marguerite Moreau), his identity was discovered by Jesse. Lestat used his singing to awaken the legendary vampire queen Akasha (Aaliyah) who had been sleeping for thousands of years.
