Synopsis of Kuffs
This film tells the story of a 21-year-old high school dropout who uses his unique thoughts and actions to create the American dream. It is full of fun, action, and suspense. This film provides an in-depth introduction to the little-known San Francisco Special Patrol. The team was formed in 1851, when San Francisco opened as a port. At that time, the California State Police did not have enough police resources, so they sold their jurisdiction to private organizations and let the public do the police work. From then on these private police agencies were called special patrols, they worked hand in hand with the official police and received formal training from the police academy.
