Synopsis of It's All So Quiet
The 55-year-old single uncle Helmer (Jeroen Willems) lives in a remote countryside in the Netherlands with a herd of cows, several sheep and two donkeys. The terminally ill father lived in the room upstairs, and Helmer had been taking care of him. The relationship between father and son was tense and cold.
