Synopsis of 13th District

In the near future, underworld forces are rampant in Paris, France, and the gang headed by the drug lord Taha (Bibi Naceri) is even more rampant. Even the local police are afraid of three points. The weak police cannot fight against the powerful gangs and can only use walls and fortifications to isolate the areas where the criminals are located. In this place called "Area 13", there is a mixture of fish and dragons and undercurrents. The young gangster Leto (played by David Belle) refused Taha's drug business, and the two sides had a fierce conflict. Leto originally took Taha to the police station, but was tricked by the corrupt police. Not only is Taha at large, Leto's sister Lola (Dany Verissimo) was also taken away by the drug lord. Six months later, the agile Senior Inspector Damier (Cyril Raffaelli) received a difficult case. A powerful neutron bomb was hijacked during transportation and fell into Taha's hands. In order to prevent the bomb from exploding, Damiere must recover the bomb within 24 hours. He had to turn to Leto, who was waiting for an opportunity to rescue his sister...
