Synopsis of The Express
The film is adapted from the life of Ernie Davis, the famous American football player. He was the first non-American to win the Heisman Trophy (equivalent to the Most Valuable Player), the highest award in the American College Football League. American. He led the Syracuse University football team to two national championships in 1960 and 1961. But after he graduated, he was unable to play professional football because he was diagnosed with leukemia, and he sadly passed away the next year.
