Synopsis of We Are Marshall

The story takes place in the small town of Huntington in West Virginia, USA, where there is a Marshall University football team that makes the people of the town very proud and is also among the top college teams in the United States. For a long time, the Marshall University football team has become a part of local history, and the tenacious sportsmanship of generations of players has been passed down through time and sweat. 1970 is a year that no one wants to remember but cannot forget.
