Synopsis of The Replacements

The story takes place in 1987. Although Sean (played by Keanu Reeves) is just a little-known boat cleaner, he possesses an innate talent for rugby and deeply loves this sport full of football. Sports that involve competition and conflict. As the exciting and anticipated season was about to begin, the star players suddenly launched a strike. Seeing that all the tickets for the game were sold out, the team owner was anxious. At this juncture, Sheehan stepped forward, became the team's coach, and began recruiting substitute players. In this way, men who are engaged in careers that have nothing to do with rugby gather together. The only thing they have in common is their love for rugby.
