Satake lived a slovenly life, smoking cheap cigarettes, eating tea and rice, and riding in third-class carriages. Taeko couldn't stand her husband's "low-level" living habits and often went out with her school friends behind his back. The conflict between the two intensified over their views on her niece's marriage. Taeko left without saying goodbye and went to relax with her classmates in Kobe. Satake suddenly received a mission to go to South America on business. Taeko, who rushed back after receiving the telegram, found that her home was empty. When she finally felt lost, Satake returned home after her flight was delayed and changed her flight to the next day. The couple had a unique tea meal together...
