Synopsis of Short angle affair

Agnès Varda, the grandmother of the New Wave, made her debut novel. The village of Short Point is also where Varda grew up. The film mainly consists of two parts: a young man, Louis (played by Philippe Noiret), returns to his hometown of Cape Cap, a small fishing port village located in the Sète region of France. His wife Ella (Silvia Monfort), who has lived with him for four years, also came here later. Louis has strong feelings for Short Point, but Ella is unfamiliar with it. No matter how hard they try, the sense of estrangement still puts their originally dull relationship into further crisis. The couple discussed their feelings about love and life during their time in Short Cape... On the other hand, the government sent investigators to investigate the sewage situation in Short Cape, and the villagers united to expel outsiders. Life in Short Cape is uneventful...
