The Cassandra Crossing

Synopsis of The Cassandra Crossing

"Cassandra Bridge" is a film jointly produced by the United Kingdom, Italy and West Germany. The filming techniques and content of the film have become the classic model of disaster films since then. Terrorists broke into the headquarters of the International Health Organization in Geneva and attempted to carry out a terrorist attack, but were blocked by security personnel. During the chase, the police accidentally smashed the experimental plague bacteria and splashed them on the criminals. One gangster died of rot on the spot, and another escaped onto a train bound for Stockholm. The virus infected very quickly, and many people on the train were infected with the bacterium. In order to prevent the plague bacterium from spreading to other people, the International Police Department controlled the train and was not allowed to stop at any station, and had to drive it to Cassandra Bridge was destroyed. Female writer Jennifer (Sophia Loren) and her husband Dr. Chamberlain (Richard Harris) are also involved. Doctors used experimental methods to eliminate bacteria in many people, but their superiors did not believe it. They had to use their own methods to solve the problem. People on the train clashed with the chemical defense troops, and people took up arms one after another. The fate of everyone follows the train heading towards the unknown...
