Synopsis of Tess

Tess (played by Nastassja Kinski) was born in a small farming family in the British countryside. One day her father heard that she was a descendant of the ancient aristocracy d'Urberville. This rumor caused drastic changes in Tess's life. Because there was a wealthy family named d'Urberville who lived not far away, her parents asked Tess to go and get married. Tess's beauty made Aleck (Leigh Lawson), the young master of the d'Urberville family, have evil thoughts. He took away Tess's virginity and made Tess pregnant with a child.
