Synopsis of The Hole

French rehabilitation prison, 1947. When the detainee Claude (Marc Michel) first moved into Cell 11, he was excluded by the other four inmates, the cautious Manu (Philippe Leroy), the cunning and treacherous Roland De (played by Jean Keraudy), the fierce and strong Gio (played by Michel Constantin) and the scheming "Your Excellency" (played by Raymond Meunier).
